Joseph Darcy Bishop-Henchman[4] (né Henchman; born 1980 or 1981)[3] is an American attorney and politician. Bishop-Henchman was the 20th chair of the Libertarian National Committee, the governing body of the Libertarian Party, from July 11, 2020[5] until his resignation on June 19, 2021.[6][7] He also served as chair of the Libertarian Party of the District of Columbia from June 19, 2018[8] until his resignation on June 19, 2021,[9][7] and was succeeded by Patrick Hynes.[10]
